I love that with Windows you can share a device between may users, and still keep each users space personal. Windows likes to share the love. This is important for a Family with a budget. If you are on other platforms you just do not have that ability like you get with windows.

Even with all the apps and Hardware, I still find it hard for some people to leave there current digital eco system. When I left iOS for Windows Phone 8, I had to leave my movies back in the iTunes store and the apps that I had paid cash for. What do you see as the largest obstacles to users...

If windows 10 is never able to get the apps to build relevance as an mobile OS, do you see them pulling or no longer supporting updates in an effort to get users to switch? Much in the same way that Google apps are not on window mobile, to keep users moving to other platforms.
