    hi Wandering Traveler thank for your reply. i got to email+account, but i do not see any option to sync the phone and ms outlook.com. in email+account, i got microsoft, yahoo and google accounts. they all set correctly.

    hi i entered the people contacts through my phone but only some of them appear on my outlook.com. i tried to manually backup the phone while connected to the pc but still did not show up. my phone is Lumia 521 tmobile. thanks
