Got a whole bunch of updates on 3/17/2016 and everything is working great on my Surface 2. No touch issues before or after the updates.

As of yesterday's Win10 Version 1511, ATT VVM on my new 950 XL Dual SIM is still not working. Lumia Support says they are aware of the issue, are working on it and will release it as soon as it is fixed. We won't have to wait for the next major release.

I would guess you do not work for a business that is Windows-based. If you did, then the integration of using the same personal platforms at home as well as the office would be the right move, without a doubt.
