So my phone is fine?

I have a 925 and a friend of mine has an 820. The thing is, his phone is faster than mine im absolutely everything. Be it gaming or watching videos on Youtube . We're both on WP8.1 GDR1 with Denim, non Developer Preview. My OS build is .226 and his is .234, though I don't think this matters...
