    I'm having the same problem, he recipient on the other end often says there's some noise in the background, and I've made sure my reception is good. I'll try a reset on my phone to see if it solves this. On latest production build, 10586.420

    Used to be a setting where I can choose whether to auto upload my photos into OneDrive using Wifi only (Best Quality) It's now gone? If it hasn't how do I enable it? As mobile data is quite limited for me.

    Everything is in precise order... And I still can't chit chat with it. I'll try a hard reset, deleting everything for Cortana both local and Cloud and see what'll happen
