    Here Drive Use outside of USA?

    I live in Iran. I had lumia 710 and nokia drive worked on it perfectly I've bought lumia 925 for 1 week ago with here drive + . it should make me glad but unfortunately it seems that we can not use it in Iran! it's not fare! why we can not use it?
