Mine stopped working a year ago. I tried wiping and resetting and it worked exactly once then gave me the error. That leads me to believe it's software related.

Agreed. Loved my 1520 but dropped it in a lake trying to take photos from a dock :( Had to use an iPhone 4S until the 950xl was released. Bought one directly from local Microsoft store in November 2015. It's okay, but IMO the 1520 was better.

After moving the screenshot folder to camera roll, do new screenshots get saved properly? Just want to be clear it works before I move it. Thanks!

Yes, have the squeaky cover, which is annoying but not too bad. What does concern me, however, is that the phone does not appear to charge through the supplied USB cable (neither from my car charger nor my Surface Pro 3). The hardwired wall charger works, though.

Hi harishm92, did you get this fixed? I thought Hey Cortana wasn't working after I updated to Denim too. But, it wasn't turned on. Swipe down and go to all settings, then scroll to the very bottom of the system applications and Hey Cortana is last on the list. It was turned off by default...
