    I can't turn my Lumia 720 OFF ?

    I guess with mine its a software issue.........It shut down on its own, i was advised to do soft rest............ever since then when i switch it off it powers itself on again, what must i do to stop this?

    lumia 720 shutdowns suddenly and doesn't power on immediately takes about half an hour to power on

    Hi. I have just experienced the shutdown for the 1st time............thank you to who ever suggested soft reset. is this problem gonna be an on going thing........What must i delete or install to make sure it does not happen again?
