They are different systems Android and Windows Phone. If you use a PC, you will have no trouble with WP. If you don't and have only used Android devices, you will need to adjust. WP's are good and I use both Android and WP, the WP is more professional with its use of Microsofts Office and Cloud.

Re: Lots of Lumia problems I think they are in the UK and mean; My BT (British Telecom) wifi app is not connecting to the BT (British Telecom) wifi hotspot. BT is a national land line and broad band provider in the UK.

I bought my 535 in Tesco, but I paid ?89 for a sim free one, then got the sim I wanted. That way you are not limited to who your provider is and you can always change if you want.

I would like to add too this review a little. Samsung Android user here, and only got the 535 for media and both cameras and only ?89. For me the setup was easy as it just seemed to flow naturally, maybe because I have used Microsoft products for years. Using the USB cable to connect to the PC...

Mine has just updated too 15234.28008. Mine is an off the shelf unlocked/sim free UK model.

If you want to feel a hot phone, I have been playing Crash Dive Lite, it is a sub sim.
