I spoofed my 1520 to be a 950xl and got up to the latest fast ring. I noticed the apps wouldn't update and just for the hell of it switched to the slow ring it seemed after being on the slow ring the next day they eventually showed up :/

Ok but just so everyone knows the Xbox One controller does connect via BT and as long as the emulator supports it your good to go. It's ridiculous how well this phone can still multitask today. Temple run 2 and can still emulate another game on the big screen no stuttering at all.

The goal was just the cool factor of being able to project to a Roku on my travels and play emulators.

Wasn't this phone sold with the promise of upgrading to 10? I guess it does but.......

My phone was dead so I put it in airplane mode to charge quicker, i didnt turn it off for the upgrade and it wouldn't allow me to turn cellular back on. I had to hard reset which I planned on doing anyways. Also the quick actions in notification center act a bit laggy for me.

Downloading build 14328 now. I put myself back on production ring. Uninstalled windows insider. Restart, reinstall and bam. Yay

Does any1 know if each time you switch rings if it should do the configuration update after switching rings?

Hmmm I was able to update to .218 when released the other day. Insider release preview ring.

Has anyone ever actually been able to get the insider preview installed? We got a firmware update and a new release build since then it it still never shows for me. :/

I used there lte apn from there site and used ipv6 and lte flicks on. :)

I updated my firmware as well here in canada on rogers. I got data but only 3g and h+. No more lte.
