    Message tone is too short.

    Disable "Banner Notifications" Ringtones+Sounds > Mannage App Sounds > Messaging > tick OFF "Show notification banners" (This is from my Lumia520 menu) Thing is - when banner shows and then deactivates - it deactivates the ringtone as well.
