    Bluetooth issues with 8X

    I cannot connect to my Jabra device on my van nor the bluetooth in my BMW 5 series. The phone doesnt detect these devices.I tried resetting my phone back to factory settings and hasnt helped. Has anyone else had this problem? Is the a device or an OS issue? Thank you
