There is only 3G available in highest connection option. My operator band is 1800Mz. By the way where you from. What is your firmware revision number? Are you using PFD or official cyan?

Smart phones have differnet hardware and OS. So there is no question arise that it works inplace of PC. we can't run PC sofware in WP. Unless that specific app is built for WP OS.

Re: lumia 820 update Make sure you're connected to the Internet and your internet is working then try again. There was a temporary issue with a server or your Internet connection during the update.
