At least you're not in NZ - the 550 goes for $250 and the 650 is likely to be close to $350. My 735 was $600 when it was first released, and only just started selling on clearance at $199. The 950XL goes for almost $1200.

Was a parallel import (i'm in NZ with no MS stores and no Nokia Care) and it's hardly a hardware failure of the phone - it's just what OLEDs do over time. And who can say what the ideal lifespan of the panel is, with such varied use as a phone. I doubt slight discoloration in a small spot counts...

Not a problem! There are a few reports from other people that the image quality is worse on 10, but i think that's mainly because Windows Camera seems to prefer higher ISO's on auto (more grain and less color definition) when Nokia Camera didn't. I just keep it locked to 100 iso and make sure...

Not sure about your other issues, but your stuck apps are easily fixed. It happened to me and I sorted it out a few days ago :) Go to "Storage" in settings and find the offending apps on your SD card. Because they're system apps they shouldn't really even be here, and its confusing the system...
