Same here on Lumia 640DS.

Re: Lumia 640 Win 10 update ends up with an error 0x80073712 The problem with missing keyboard and restarts was resolved after factory reset of new Win10 installation, so that's not an issue any longer. However I'd like to avoid downgrading the phone in order to fix that error. Any other proposal?
