Hi there! Originally I was getting a message to update the app upon opening, with no update available. I uninstalled it and am getting this error. I tried soft resetting, and am running an Alcatel Idol 4s on the latest CU release Build. Any help would be awesome! Thank you.

It still has the issue, but to a lesser degree! It now skips up after mid/high 90%s. It seems to have improved with the latest production/release build. It's very strange, and Microsoft support would like a video of it in order to assist me further...But it's so unpredictable. I appreciate you...

Oddly enough, the purchase came with a spare battery. Same issue with that one. I'll give it a few cycles as suggested and hope for the best.

I just got this like new Lumia a few days ago, and I noticed once in a while during charging it'll jump from low/mid 90% to 100%. If I restart it, it'll automatically jump back down to the original percent and charge normally. I'm on latest firmware and .218, any tips? Thanks! Posted from...

Re: Lumia 625 purchased in India doesn't support AT&T SIM connection in the States I wouldn't switch OS's because of a phone not working in another country, no. That's just how some models are, even after unlocking. It's the phone band's itself, not the OS it runs.
