Thanks! Worked for me. I did what you said, then restarted, It downloaded the update really quick, too quick for my current connection (I'm on a hotel WiFi at the moment). After it downloaded nothing happened, so I checked for updates again, and it is downloading right now. Thanks!

Just got it working. I changed my account to a local account, restarted, then changed it back to a Microsoft account. Everything is working now, although there is a 2 second delay when signing in with a PIN, that isn't there with a password.

Connect it to an external display. Press WIN + P if necessary to show the display on the external monitor. You should then be able to run the windows updates that resolve this.

Can you hook it up to an external display? I connected mine to another display, then hit Win+P to put the display on both monitors. Then I ran update, and everything is working great so far.
