Thanks a lot Alexander....i'd the same issue with ma 720....its just 20 days old....as of now, soft reset has helped me...But, i'm not sure about in near future.....any suggestions??

Currently my LUMIA 720 is switched off due to some unknown reason, actually i was jus lookin at my phone and it switched off suddenly. Its been 12hrs!! still i'm unable to switch on it...i tried everything, i.e. kept on holding all the buttons for some time....but the problem still...
