Yes you can. After you update your phone, use STORAGE SENSE to select multiple apps and the move them to your SD card.

I have updated through the developer preview and install to SD is working. But there are a lot of bugs. I recommend, you use the phone the way it used to be, installing the apps to the Phone storage. BUT THE NEW UI IS AWESOME!

Go to your "Storage Sense", select all the apps you want to move and you can move by selecting "move" in options.

I checked if the app is windows 8.1 compatible. They are and yet am not able to install!

I just updated my Lumia 1320 with the developer preview app to Windows Phone 8.1 After the update, I changed the settings to install the apps to my SD card. But when I try installing them, they download to the card and get stuck at the installing state, after a while "Attention required"...
