Not getting even half of this on my Cyan 620. Could you please confirm whether these predictions by the app are accurate with your actual usage time?

Do you have enough space on your phone remaining?

Go to Settings > ringtones+sounds and check whether you have Vibrate turned on and a ringtone of your choice set. If yes, press either volume up/down button on the side of your phone. Then click the small downward arrow on the top right. Then check whether your ringer volume is NOT set at zero.

I don't think the equalizer can be used as a valid substitute for audio leveling.

Welcome to Windows Phone Prabasha! None that I know of sorry. You can try adjusting the graphic equalizer on your phone under Settings>Audio. Also try setting up all the Dolby enhancements under the same settings page to see if anything sounds good to your ears. :)

Did a hard reset. The app works now. No crashing when I try to play Music yet. So I conclude that this is not a problem with my microSD card being Class 4 32 Gig, but a problem with the app itself.
