I have the 635. No regrets here!

I'm sorry. In settings I went to About. In there I selected the option to reset my phone, meaning I lose everything, and start with a fresh new install.

First my email wouldn't update, so I did a full reboot of the software. Then my music wouldn't sync soi needed to do it again and it works fine. That was a lot of hours wasted.

I'm having this same problem. None of my music will sync either. What's going on? It's connected to my account in settings. Nothing but problems with this sub part app.

Spotify is okay. However, every time I load it up it displays an error because they don't care to fix it. I'm getting errors on Xbox music too left and right. I'm about to get an apple. The app gap doesn't bother me, it's the quality of apps. Good luck finding a good music app.

I own one and I love it. It's a great little phone. The two drawbacks that I can think of are that it doesn't have a proximity sensor and that it only has 512mb ram. Those are two minor things though. It still does everything I want though, plus it doesn't break the bank. I own this phone...

The Lumia 635 has the same processor and graphic chip as the 830. It's a pretty decent phone.

This was a reasonable response. Honestly, what can Microsoft do to not lose more customers like him? I wonder what their future strategy will be to keep who they have and gain more people. Maybe Windows 10 will have something up its sleeve.
