Hi All, I want to get out of insider preview and start fresh install. I reset my pc and deleted all files and apps but it I still have the insider builds. Can someone tell me how to get out and start fresh? There used to be a factory reset button but I can't find it anymore.

I just got an s8. Really beautiful phone. Only issue is I cannot get my exchange email contacts in the contacts app. They are in the Outlook app. Any idea how this can be done?

Login to your router. The login details will be on the back or under the router.

Are your photos backed up to OneDrive? If so you can view them in the photos app on your pc and then download them onto your hard drive. That's what i do. Or sync them by ticking the photos folder in OneDrive on pc.

So the only way is with a Surface dock?

Hi All, since I stopped the insider preview and rolled back using the windows recovery tool, my maps does not have any sound or voice. I have a 950xl on Optus (Australian carrier). Anyone know what the issue might be? There are no updates to install so I'm using the latest version.

Hi all, not sure if it's been mentioned yet but they are now offering this in the Lumia offers app. Getting this phone was the best decision I've made. First I got an awesome phone, then the free Xbox one, then the free dock, now this. Thanks Microsoft.

Could I ask why your looking at getting a Windows phone? I only ask because I switched from an iPhone after buying the surface pro 2 and loved it. I saw you had a SP3 & thought that might have played a part in it. I think that's part of Microsoft's strategy. Get people to like Windows again and...

RDP works for me. I used it at work for a few hours. The mouse freezes sometimes but other than that it works fine. I just can't print from the mail app and edge and can't open attachments as it says there are no apps to support it yet.
