Yep, saw this news on the Sprint forums. I suppose early December could be anywhere in the first half of December. I am hoping for this week though! It's been a long wait.

Wow they actually updated it? I have been using MagikMail since the HTC 8XT was released because VV never worked. Kind of ridiculous how long it took to give it a fix.

I was really hoping for November but I guess we will just have to wait until December. I hope it's official. HTC said November last time.

Yeah, its good news and I sure hate to complain about the device they chose... but man... why the 735? The narcissist phone. 6.7Mp main camera? Bleh, roll out the 930 and the Icon and I will be a very happy Sprint customer.

I bet more support will be available when 8.1 is officially released to everyone. Wouldn't expect it in dev preview.

I will pretty much always perform a hard reset right after updating to a dev preview from now on. I was pretty frustrated yesterday.

I'm pretty sure they pulled HTC Camera from the store. Not seeing it anymore. Most HTC apps seem to be garbage and never updated anyways.

Sprint has continued to neglect us. I'm sure we would all enjoy using a Nokia phone. While other carriers keep on adding to their lineup of Lumia's, we are left in the dust with mid-range Ativ S Neo and the 8XT. Please post on this thread and basically raise hell...

Right, so it will be a touch version of firefox but you can only install it on Windows 8 x86 & x64 platforms unfortunately. Which kind of sucks. I miss firefox, thanks to Bay Trail my next tablet will be a full version of Windows 8.

I'm considering getting the HP 1000 when it ships later this year. I will be in the same boat as you are in now. If I were to get a tablet / laptop replacement, I suppose I would hold on to my RT simply because it isn't worth much now. I would most likely just use it as just another device...
