Re: glance, touch settings dont open W10 mobile 10581 I?m experiencing same issues. I have a Lumia 925, upgraded directly from 8.1 to build to 10581 and did a hard reset after that since I read somewhere it was the safer way to proceed. My main issues are within settings... I can?t change...
