hi there !! I have that issue n still present !! It occurs while playing games, or pinning n moving tiles . I have done crazy hard resets almost 8 times ... Still this issue presents !! I guess this is bcoz firmware.

Friend latest build is 10586.494 n 14393.5, I am aware of these build. that xxx was all the cumulative update that msft pushed while on build 10586.xxx in case u forgot. That's the point ! I also know all the build that has been released till date.

I know Friend all the build that has been released . That xxx means last numerical build which msft has been pushing as cumulative update...google it .

It's still present in build 14393.5 ...which is AU win10. That is annoying!

i have done it.....still same issue. and then moved to windows device recovery tool to reinstall 8.1 , there was no issue and again i upgrade my mobile through advisor app build was 14586.xxx still same issue....finally got back to insider latest build..still this issue persisting. it is...

no.....it is not fixed yet.

they removed it from win phone 10 store....for 8.1 its avail.

10512 build was able to make custom ring tone but 10536 build seems broken to create ring tone.....tried lots of ways n google it even no way to fix. next build may help for this.
