To be precise - it runs only on Mi4 LTE international version. Mi4W or so-called Mi4 3G, Mi4 3g overseas or so names cannot be flashed with Win 10 Mobile ROM. Mi4i and Mi4C are totally different phones - SoC and ROM differs.

Yes, it is RTM core, but the drivers/firmware will be updated by manufacturers soon, also MS promise to update as fast as twice per month the system applications (Games, Video, Music, Store, People) - that is the main reason of extracting them from the Core!

What do you mean with turning off Battery Saver? Turn off running the Battery Saver app in the background or in the Battery Saver settings turning of the Battery Saver mode when the battery is under 20%? What exactly you do?
