Hey Haree are you sure that you have no problems in windows 10 and if yes tell me how to upgrade...

Even if its virus it can't affect windows phone system. Try formatting sd card with phone itself and is your sd card class 10 or above ?

No don't update via insider as it seems to brick the phone, touch seems not to be synced

Good news guys we have been added to Windows device recovery tool and finally our firmware received an upgrade from 15009 to 15023(only through WDRT) so this means we are nearing to Windows 10 update

Of course it should as its modified and non unified image
