Hi I had the same issue, 24 hours of cogwheels. The solution was very simple, at the cogwheels animation press: 1. Volume up 2. Volume down 3. Power 4. Volume down The animation will continue for a couple of minutes (no more then 5 minutes) and then it will show the setup menu.
