I called it, that it was a Nokia issue with the phone, and not a&t and the network. I got hated on immediately saying it was at&t. Glad nokia found the issue. Props to them for issuing refunds.

Actually, you were blaming AT&T.... along with dogfish54, for this issue. I'll take an apology any time, as you two were very stern on trying to make me feel stupid when I said don't pin this on AT&T.

FYI Guys, don't pin this on AT&T. In most cases your phones should have been set up with a new sim card. You should have called the number on the sheet of paper in side of your box or gone to the website to activate it. That would have provisioned the new sim card / data plan. Takes like 2 mins...
