Anybody has luck after hard reset? I want to hard reset to get rid of this problem..

Re: W10M Insider Preview 14383 Discussion (Redstone Branch, Fast Ring) Lucky for you. It went through the power recycle. It drained the battery entirely and shutdown by itself. But after the restart, it is still the same. I used to laugh at IPhones on chargers all the time. Today is my turn. :)

There may be another possibility that the buttons are short circuited because of moisture or water either on the phone or on the headset. Please check it once.

Its not proximity sensor. Proximity sensor is just outside the earpiece. Please test it yourselves.
