I can also confirm this works on ATT phones. Just did the update twice and now have access to internet connection sharing. Woot!

I've replaced one on mine. You really have to pull hard on it to get it to pop off. Then the new one just snaps back in.

I'm pretty sure that ATT uses the 850 band for 3g is some areas. I'm a train conductor and I've noticed throughout my travels that in some places I get nothing but edge but my engineer still gets 4g hspa+ on his iPhone 4s.

Ok someone tell me how to disable the voice prompt every time I get a text message. It says something like, "You have received a text message from 'name', you can say ignore or read it now". I don't need my phone to announce to everyone around me the name of who is sending me a text message.
