    Thank you Yaqub Khan - Microsoft Support Engineer. I have carried out the function you describe and the command prompt eventually shows : SUCCESS: Attempted to run the scheduled task "Microsoft\Windows\Setup\gwx\refreshgwxconfig". So what happens now?
