The CBS Fantasy Sports app. It starts fine the first time. The second time.....it crashes a second after start up. I have plenty of storage so I know that's not the problem. I even did a soft reboot. Any suggestions?

Microsoft mobile told me to try the "Software Recovery Tool" which I did and that didn't work. I think you're right. It's a hardware problem. I'm sending mine in to get fixed.

Same problem with my phone and a hard reset did nothing.
