Nevermind, since I didn't do the keyboard "tutorial" Cortana was not showing, after I did its showing up. Both are working Band 2 with latest Release Ring build. Hopefully my stupidity helps someone else out

All 3rd party live tiles are working on mine, except just the past couple days, Outlook Mail tiles are not updating unless I open the app and sometimes not even when I do that. Shows proper emails in the app but live tile remains to have X amount of unopened emails and preview of an old email...
