Hi Ruben, The clock tile is made with TimeMe Tile app. Not the most user friendly app for sure but it's completely free and you can tweak a lot of things.

Here's my "new" startscreen. After trying different styles,I still find myself going back to a clean, simple and uncluttered layout.I used a grey-ish background instead of plain black to give a "flatter" feel while the black background gives more pop.

The clock app is called TimeMe. Not the most ergonomic app to use but for a free app, you do have a quite a lot of customization at your fingertips.

I did re-install the insider app. Of course, I had to re-join the program. Chose Production and checked for update... nothing. I had to actually select Fast Ring first and then choose Production to trigger the update. The update however was fairly lightweight, about 280Mo so not sure if...

I actually opt out of the insider program a couple months ago as it was a disaster (when I rolled back to 8.1). I simply used the upgrade advisor app to get the update. Windows Insider wasn't even installed on my phone... No T-mobile nor AT&T, unlocked european phone here.

Add another lumia 930 to the list. I updated from 8.1 and did not performed a hard reset yet as it's also my work phone and I need my phone to be "working" until the end of the month. 1. wifi connectivity is crap. I have to reboot everyday to connect to Wifi - my old lumia 920 does not suffer...
