    It has to be something on the server side. I went back to 8.1 and still couldn't delete text messages. Does anyone know if this is something Microsoft is working on fixing?

    Just installed build 10586 and can't seem to find the text message backup option. I see the "Sync messages between devices" option. Does anyone know how to confirm your text messages are getting backed up with this build?

    Hi, I was just wondering if anyone else is having issues backing up their text messages with Windows 10 Mobile? Every time I try and turn message backup on it resets to off. Is anyone else seeing this? - John
