I'm having an issue with my Surface Book. When my laptop is being charged and I open Asphalt 9 or Fortnite the screen dims down automatically. This only happens when I open these games otherwise the screen is bright when it's getting charged. Also the adaptive brightness thingy is disabled so...

I've recently moved from WM10 to Android. I was wondering if it would be possible to move my Whatsapp backups from Onedrive to Google Drive so that I can restore them on my Galaxy S8?

Thanks everyone for your suggestions. The problem was not Bitlocker since I tried the same process with Bitlocker off/suspended too. I had to to use a third party software called "Paragon Hard Disk Manager" to create the second partition.

It gets restored after the first update so you don't have to do anything of course you have to use the same Microsoft account you're using now

Couldn't open Safe mode but could shut down using the power button. I guess I'm gonna have to fresh install Windows 10 then
