The earpiece has never worked. Phone is brand new bought from the Microsoft Store. Thanks for the reply. I thought it might have been something I overlooked. Off to the Microsoft Store tomorrow.

Bought the phone Brand New but the earpiece doesn't seem to work. When I plug in headphones I can hear everything as well as on speaker but no sound at all coming from the earpiece. I searched online and this forum. Did a hard reset of the phone but still no fix. Anyone else experienced this...
