I finally got the new update today for*build 15031 on*my Icon. It finished installing but it keeps getting stuck on Verizon splash screen. I've tried a few soft resets but still nothing. Help

Don't know why but I can't get build 15025*on my Icon. I'm on the fast ring and logged into my account but keep getting msg. (Your devise is up to date). I haven't ever had problems getting released fast ring builds. Don't really want to do hard reset if I don't have to. Help
