It's only ridiculous to someone who irrationally hates Google. Android OEM's are allowed to make their products unique, and they take advantage of that. It's all part of why Android has been so successful(and windows phone has not) Be different, not the same.

I have not had a single problem with games that used to work on Windows 7 not working on Windows 10, and that goes for Origin, Uplay, GOG, and Battle.net games as well.

Reading the article, they're getting that huge number of fake apps from Chinese stores that aren't Google Play. They do go on to list a few that they did get from Google Play, but the article is deceiving.

Now if they'd only bring Windows HERE up to speed with the Android version, things would be golden.
