I can see on Intel site saying Beta version of this driver for Wimdows 10 is available and can be found on Microsoft site but I couldn't find anything and drivers for 8.1 doesn't allow me to adjust the brightness. Any solution ?

WP 7.8 was just a UI change, at core it was still 7, Windows 10 Mobile will be available to every single Lumias & Non-Lumias running 8.1 , not all FEATURES will be available because of hardware limitations but OS will be 10.

Use Lumia Software recovery tool. It will identify your phone and you can also disconnect your phone during download, you even don't need to download the firmware if already downloaded once. I got same problem in 520 while upgrading to WM 10 TP, it gave me spinning wheels then BSOD & again...
