If soft reset or reboot didn't work, then move all the apps on SD card to Internal memory (apps with error too) And this problem will never come back !

You said "i haven't done hard reset" You should hard reset ! Copy paste does works in Edge, but in diffrent way... First do a long press the area you want to copy>>Then select all>> then again select the desired area>> then long press and a option pop up as copy. And there is 1 sec. Of blank...
