I have that problem too, but it takes "only" 6Gb on my Lumia 1020 on Lumia denim. Although mine has official firmware.

I tried checking for the denim update on my Lumia 1020 and it is stuck on the checking for updates screen for about 10 minutes. I tried a shift restart and it came back to normal, but when I tried again, the same thing happened. What should I do, leave it overnight to check for updates? EDIT...

I thought it was Germany but there the denim update is available for about a week or so and I still didn't get it. I searched the serial on the internet and I found some German sites about Lumia 1020. I'm wondering just about when I'm gonna get the denim update.

The battery app on my Lumia 1020 says that it discharges with about 5.5% per hour, is that much? And when it gets to 20% battery , it shows that it is about 17%/hour. I just want to know if it's normal or not.
