Edge is blurred out and takes 1/3 of my screen if you click on the blurred part it opens the edge browser. all other programmes I open can only use 2/3 of the display how do I get rid of this and am I able to turn Edge off and only turn it on when I want it I am using windows 10 pro 64 bit...
