Same thing happened to me. I have voice and basic text with an ATT sim. Shows strong LTE bars, but has no internet connectivity. all settings appear to be correct. Wi-Fi works fine.

Just to follow up. Soft reset did not help. Hard reset seems to have taken care of it. Thanks for the input.
