Have same proem with Omnia 7 ; I took it in to change the speaker - didnt help. Volume on full/30 - no blue tooth/silent mode etc activated. If I go to dignostics, and type in STAR/HASH/symbols then 0673 and another HASH - you get a screen sound test ; click on RECIEVER and you hear a tone...
