Windows Phone desperately needs it. If I wake up in the middle on the night and want to see what I have received I just want to quickly glimpse at the lock screen instead of having to swipe and then scroll down my list on pinned apps. Anyone else agree? I wouldn't mind a full on notification...

It has to be all in the mind people saying that you need to factory reset your phone to get better battery life. After all these years surely MS and Nokia would have learned by now. I'm never going to factory reset my phone unless I need to sell it.

What is a hard reset? Is that completely restarting everything fresh? What is the point of that? Who would even want to go through that effort? If you need to do that to get better battery life then there is something seriously wrong with the OS or phone...

I got an update on my phone 2 days ago and ever since my data toggle has changed, instead of just turning my 3G on it is a drop down that lets me select my maximum data speed. It says EDGE or 3G. Should I just leave it on 3G all the time?

My wifi seems to be fine most of the time but sometimes I go to the wifi toggle and when I try to connect it just says 'searching...' The only way to fix it is to turn the phone off and back on.
