I know this is 2 years late but... I've found the unresponsive wake up is from the Nokia's custom touch settings, specifically the double tap to wake up screen. After disabling that, I've had no problems with an unresponsive screen.

I'm also running into the same activation problem on my AT&T L920 running Dev Preview. Just did a hard reset to see if that will make a difference...

When you update to Cyan, can you install DP and upgrade back to WP 8.1.1 (to get back folders and the latest stuff)?

Yea macro focus is great, and autofocus is just fine for pictures. I'd like to use manual focus for videos though. I notice it has a tendency to autofocus in and out unnecessarily even in ideal conditions.
