Yep if you go into suggestions, click yes and there is an option to turn off. Just wondering if its the same as the button to delete temp files? Just there for show perhaps?

Was thinking that, checked and don't have it installed funnily enough. What rang alarm bells was the wikipedia icon on every notification? Bizarre. Nothing since i deleted the wiki app. I'll update if i see any more pointless suggestions or notifications. Thanks so far guys.

Yep rebooted, soft reset and still multiple notifications and suggestions with seemingly no means of changing it.
