yes, I held it down to where it vibrated like almost 10 times with no response still.....

I think the battery quit holding a charge..... it was on the charger from 4 pm yesterday to 12 am and it got stuck on ATT logo.... so I held the power and it turned off and vibrated but stayed off

when it froze, it was just pulled off the charger not even for 2 seconds.... I saw the phone was low on battery and plugged it in and it fully charged and when I pulled it off the charger it froze and has not worked since than... it's on the charger now and frozen on ATT logo

no! will try that, but when it is on the charger it flashes the red battery icon and after awhile it restarts and gets stuck on the Att logo... that's farther than it has ever got in the last 3-4 days

I can but I don't feel like starting a new contract.... plus I was hoping to give the phone to mom when the time comes

my HTC 8X randomly froze one day like 6 months after my 2 year contract ended and now it does not work..... first I held the power button to turn phone off and it just restarted the phone and got stuck on the HTC logo, could not for the life of me get it to turn off. The screen is just black now...

can't.... not Verizon customer......

At&t said to try usb after my many atempts to tell them this device does not charge with usb... they then said that if it does not charge with usb, they don't sell chargers for the device and it would be nokia's problem Nokia said they are back ordered on charger and it would be 12 or more...

The charger that came in the box with my 2520, only used to work sometimes when I wiggled it in the wall, but now does not work at all... Nokia won't replace the charger and tell me to get help from att and att does not have any chargers plus att won't replace whole device and tell me to go to...
